Staff festival
The annual Staff festival is an opportunity for everyone to kick back and let their hair down. To help publicise the event and spread the word we had to develop a killer website.I created several Audioboo diaries in the weeks leading up to this, and promoted through via Twitter. These were well received, and provided an insight into how the team were preparing.
A key part of the day was the popular photo contest. Staff entered via email with their best shots, and these were whittled down to a shortlist. A poll was then added to the website where visitors could vote for their favourite, and this received over 1,800 votes.
The site included a number of photo galleries, together with an interactive day planner optimised for print so people could see which events interested them by themes and strands.
